2 questions: is it possible to lose 15 pounds in 1 and a half months? and 2 how can i do it?

I need to lose 15 pounds so i can weigh 135 pounds for wrestling season for my high school, i weigh about 148 right now, so not exactly 15 pounds. What should i eat should i only run and not weight lift?

yes its possible i went from 118 to 130 to 119 o-o lol and it was within a month.i eat my usual soup crackers vegies alot salads and then junk sometimes lol but if u take long walks u lose the junk u ate :P

yeahh it is, dont use acai berry=bad side effects, but this is what i did (170 lbs to 155 in 10 lbs lost in 2 weeks, plus 7 pounds lost the next two weeks), i sleep aalot so that i would only eat 1 meal a day, then i would run 3 to 5 miles the time i was awake and go back to sleep. ohh btw i was wearing a slimmer belt while exercising.

It is possible but if you do like a crazy extreme diet then your just going to gain it back. If you want it to stay off you need to make lifestyle changes. Only drink water and drink 8 glasses a day, try to work out every day even if you just walk, cut back on carbs (bread, sugar, rice, potatoes), eat less processed foods.
