I need a diet plan that will help me lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I’m 5′4” and weigh 130 pounds. I know that I need to eat healthy and burn more calories than I eat, but I want an actual plan that will guarantee that I lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. Diets like the G.I. diet or anything that you guys have tried and has worked for you. Thanks!

i am 14 and weight about 130 :/
need to lose atleast 15 pounds in 3 months.
how do i do this?

ooh…you can do that easily……………..lets just say you want to loose about 3 pounds every week for 5 weeks….

to start off you need to watch how you eat, instead of eating big meals throughout the day you should just eat about 5-8 small meals, that includes snacks

don't believe people that say you should eat only about 300 or 2000 calories a day…THATS NOT TRUE…the trick is to burn more calories than you eat….so if you eat 500 calories try to burn about 1000…. loose more than you take in….though this will be easier if you are eating on fruits and vegetables, meats and pastries have A LOT OF CALORIES to burn

last step is to try to exercise at least one hour each day, you dont have to go to the gym, i recommend joining a sport, it makes loosing weight more fun good luck

im 5'4 13 year old 150 pound female and i am planning to lose 15 pounds. how long will i take if i walk 30 minutes a day and eat no more than 1200 calories a day?

At your rate you burn an average of about 2100 calories a day.
For you, walking for 30mins burns about 100 calories, but it also boosts your metabolism.
You should not eat less than about 1200-1300 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode and adapt to eating little. It will be hard to lose weight that way.
If you ate 1300 calories a day, and walked 30mins a day, you would burn about 4900 calories a week (about one and a half lbs)
If you kept this up for 11 weeks, you should lose 15 lbs.
Remember to eat healthy and keep your body nourished so you wont get sick though.

I have some fat on my stomach and a lot on my upper thighs, how can I get rid of it. I am not targeting sections but those are the worst spots. What are some great work outs that will work extra on those areas? Please help me! I have about 3 months to get really healthy, so please help me and tell me if I can lose 15 pounds the healthy way in 3 months. No pills. I am only a teen. Thank you!
