I need to lose 15 pounds in a month because of an event, and I would like to look nice. :) I wanted to know if this would help me lose that weight:
9 cups of water a day
1,200 calories a day (of healthy food)
run a mile everyday
do 100 crunches a night.

Could I lose 15 pounds in a month or possibly sooner? How fast do you think I'd lose the weight?

I'm 5'3 1/2 and 128lbs.

I have to say you don't really need to lose the weight. You have a BMI of 22 which is right in the middle of healthy weight. You lose anymore and you could get really sick.
