I’m 15,140 pounds and 5′0". I plan to only drink water and cut out junk food. Also, I’m getting a person trainer and plan to workout 5 days a week with her, and still work out at home. Do u think I’ll be able to lose 15-20 pounds in about 4 weeks?

In order to lose 15-20 lbs in 4 weeks, you would need to lose about 4-5 lbs per week every week. Generally, it is recommended that you lose 1-2 lbs per week to stay healthy.

Drinking only water will cut out the sugars and fats that you get from other drinks. Cutting out junk food will reduce the number of calories you are taking in, as well as unhealthy foods. Working out will help you burn calories.

If you extend your time line to 6 or 7 weeks, you are much more likely to reach your goal and remain healthy.

Female, 5′8, 160 pounds. Need to lose 15 pounds in a month. Help? What exercise to do? Cant go to a gym. And Im not a big fan of taking a run outside.

In order to drop 15 pounds in a month, you really will need to do some form of cardio. That doesn’t mean it has to be running, but Tae-bo, kickboxing, jumping rope, swimming, is VERY excellent for losing weight. Just eat only salads, fruits, veggies, and only lean meats. Go to Subway and tell them to put only a little bit of cheese, with non-fat dressing. Add lots of veggies to get you filled up and even add grilled chicken or turkey! Just eat right, and stay fit. Not only will it play a major role in losing weight, but it will make you feel a lot healthier, and in time make you crave healthier foods, rather than the fattening ones.
Good luck, girlee :)

I had a baby about 2 and a half months ago, and need to lose these last 15 pounds. Most of it came of while breast feeding, but I cant get these last few off. I would love to have it off in about 2 weeks. Please help

You need to do cardio and strength training. Target areas where you’re looking to lose. Eat whatever you want, the main thing is doing enough exercise to burn what you eat.
