Can I lose 15 pounds by eating salad and beans?

The salad will be vegan, no dairy, no meat just fat free Itallian dressing, and the kidney beans will be warmed and eaten.

Can I lose 15 pounds by eating this for breakfast. lunch, and dinner?

yes and have LOTS of gas

    U WILL GAIN!! Beans are starch and not be eaten, green beans instead. eat chicken, fish, give u good protein ahd quick weight loss. EAT A LOT OF FRIUT. AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER. WALK A MILE A DAY or two a day and u willlose weight.
