I`m a female teenager and i weigh 130 pounds and im 5’3.
Is it possible to lose 15 pounds and get to 115 during the summer?
What are some exercises i need to do ?

yes! i’m on a diet also which i want to lose 11+ pounds for the next school year and be able to get in a smaller size.
exercise—i do dancing routines for my exercise i do 4+ each day
food— eat lower calorie foods, drink only water
*have motivation
*have faith in yourself

Running will be your best bet.
