I’m 5’8, 159 pounds and a girl. I’d like to lose 15 pounds of fat and weight around 144/145, and then gain 5 pounds of muscle so eventually weigh like 150. But I don’t want to look bulky. I just want to look toned.
How can I do this?
By focusing on cardio until I get to 145 and then focusing on muscle strength? Or working on cardio and muscle strength at the same time?
work on cardio and muscle strength at the same time, but do more cardio. for example everyday you should:
-run for 30 minutes to 60 minutes (depending on where you are physically)
-weight train for 20 minutes
-eat healthily
