		<description>Yes, it&#039;s healthy...about 2 lbs a week is the best way to lose weight &amp; keep it off.  Eat 5-6 small meals...it keeps your metabolism going.

To help you lose weight...take your weight, divide in 1/2...&amp; that&#039;s how many ounces of water you should drink/day.

Stick to lean protein; veggies; some fruit; whole grains, healthy oils (extra virgin olive oil; canola oil, sunflower oil), eat soy cheese, lowfat yogurt, etc.

Avoid refined/ processed foods, cheese, whole milk, carbonated drinks, regular &amp; DIET.

Take good multi-vitamin/mineral.  Omega3 essential fatty acids 3000mg with food.  Drink green tea EXTRACT in hoy or cold water with meals.  Both help in losing weight.
