Does anyone know a excersise that can make me lose 15 pounds by February?

There is a skating party I go to every year. But this year I want to be skinner so in events i don't look like a big balloon. Does anyone know a way that I lose 15 pounds before February without having a temptation to eat junk food or White bread?
Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. Try eating more grapes, clemintines, apples (with vanilla yogurt), blueberries, hummus (it sounds gross but it's really not!), granola, low-fat yogurt, low-fat string cheese, etc.
Incorporate more exercise into your daily life. Take the dog for a 20 minute walk, do jumping jacks while watching TV, do laps around the block, or the house for that matter. Don't let yourself sit down for too long. If you can, get a gym membership. I use an elliptical for 30 minutes 4/5 times a week and it works great for me.
And don't eat out of boredom! It's a nasty habit to break, TRUST ME. Whenever you feel like eating, watch a movie with no commercial breaks so you don't have time to get up, call a friend, read a book or magazine, or get out of the house, away from the food.
I recently lost weight, about 20 lbs, and what really helped for me was planning my meals. I planned when and what I was going to eat, and made sure the calorie count was 1400. And don't let yourself stray from your plan.
And don't "DIET". Because the moment you go off your "diet", you'll regain the all the weight you lost quickly, believe me. Instead, make "healthy living choices."
And allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Life is too short!

Yes. It'll be very easier to loose 15 pounds by February with only a few exersises and food limits. Don't eat any sugars or processed foods. Get carriots and celery that can taste really good with some salt and pepper. Then cut your dinners and lunches in half! Most people eat WAY too much. Have sandwiches on toasted wheat bread. Put on a low calorie dressing, lettuce, tomato, and a small piece of meat or tofu. Then you can try some of weightwatchers.com recipes. They're great recipes, without joining! Walk 3 miles each day, never slack! Buy a treadmill, it's sometimes easier being warm and in the house than walking in the rain, ice, etc. =] You can do it, never say you can't!

drink lots of water it fills u up so u don't eat alot but then the water goes away when u use the bathroom so thats how u loose wait

1. First and foremost - exerciser regularly. Go to the gym or take fast walks at least 3-4 times a day. Walk faster than you are used to.
2. Drink a lot of water (water, not diet coke or juices etc.). At least 8 glasses a day.
3. Eat healthy but don't completely deny yourself the things you love. Allow yourself something sweet once or twice a week. Take as many temptations as you can out of your house - far from the eyes, far from the heart.
4. Don't try to kill yourself by over-dieting. 15 lbs by February means approximately a pound a week. Don't attempt to lose too much in a short time, you will gain it all back!
5. Get support from family and friends. If you have someone around you who also wants to lose weight - motivate each other.
6. I hope that once you lose those pounds and your skating vacation will be over you will stick to a healthier way of life and not slump back to your old habits.
And remember - it should come from within you. You should really want it, but it's not impossible.

There are a lot of exercises that you could do, the most effective is swimming, then the running, and so on. But in loosing weight very important is the power of will: if you want it - go for it!
Also count all your intaken calories, then try to burn more than you ate - this way it all happens. Don't forget to dring wanter - a lot of. Good luck!

5 lbs per month. Thats definitely possible if you have the determination to cut down on food portions.
1.Eat more of fruits + veggies + drink more water
2. Walk/jog/use skipping rope every day for 30-45 minutes for the 1st 2 weeks and increase to an hour of exercise.
You dont have to do workout continoulsy for an hour.
Break it up into 2 -3 workouts that will add up to an hour.

you need to talk to your friends. and if they lead you astray you will be fat.
you do not have the same metabolism as your best friend that weighs 88 lbs and eats everything you cannot.
we were also instructed to put our favorite candy bar in the freezer. If we were tempted by a cheese burger or a malt we could remind ourselves If we want a treat we have our favorite candy bar at home. That alone saved me thousands and thousands of calories and miles !
and if you want to tone and trim on the double-quick…swim everyday !
