Yeah so I really want to lose 15-20 pounds by March30. Any Ideas? Thanks for any help you guys are to me.
Well, you are probably going to want to alter your diet to just veggies (not literally, but the closer you are, the fewer calories you are actually consuming while still eating healthy), and try to burn 600 or so calories a day more than you normally would. It’s generally considered that 1 mile of walking or running is 100 calories, swimming and skiing are probably more for the same amount of time as running. I played a lot of DDR, which is also very effective.
Figure 2000 calories a day to maintain weight, and you are looking to lose 52500 calories in 70 days. That’s 750 calories a day, so I overshot. So any combination of less calories eaten plus exercise that equals 750 calories a day will work out just dandily.

Though i will strongly suggest you go natural. Exercise is the key. For me, kettle bell is a great help since it targets certain parts so you can see result readily. It encourages free movement so your muscle will not lock – if you know what i mean. there are pretty good trainings and exercises related to kettle bells in the market, so you can find the one that will work for you. please don’t try surgeries and pills because these may give you fast result but will make you suffer int he future.

Drink only water, Dont eat anything with salt, Do ALOT of walking (or anything active for that matter)…Only eat half of whatever is on your plate..NO TAKEOUT!!! Always prepare your own meals and if you have enough time in the day, go to the gym and dont be scared to spend an extra couple $$$ on a personal trainer……Alot of sex helps as well, given you actually orgasm…Also, A dancing DVD like Zumba might help too…

Hi! I would like to tell you that rather than concentrating on how to lose weight quickly why don’t you work out on how you can lose it effectively and look good. Actually there are some risks when you try to lose it quickly. You will get more good comments when you will lose it gradually and effectively as when we lose it quickly, the effect wears off in few days. If you really want to lose weight then you should do it in a proper manner.
Following are some tips:
1)Do at least 20-50 jumping jacks or star jumps everyday this will also help burn some calories that you want to get rid of.
2)Do 10-20 push-ups and sit-ups everyday, it helps your bones get stronger and build muscles (it also burns fat).
3)Jog in place for about 4-5 minutes tops without stopping.
4)If you work, walk to your work, carpooling is nice too but make sure you walk for atleast half a mile three times a week.
5)If you take naps everyday, you can become overly tired and it helps you gain more weight.
6)Don’t just have 3 meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
7)Check the Nutrition Facts every time you eat, and record it to a notebook.
8)Play sports for 30 minutes, playing basketball with a friend will help a lot for a short amount of time.
9)If you always pass by a court, any sport court, run across the court and back twice.
10)Lift weights for 5-10 minutes.
11)Get friends with you and dance, dance your heart out without alcohol and drugs.
12)Make sure you keep the Five-A-Day.
13)Bicycling for about 30 minutes to an hour a day helps.
14)Swimming helps a lot too! Swimming freestyle and swimming 3-4 laps really helps.
15)Jogging one mile in the morning and one mile at night helps.
16)Remember incidental activity is also extremely handy.
17)Always always drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
18)Be sure to give your body a day to rest after vigorous exercise, and do not over-eat just because you’re working out.
The main thing is you should exercise properly and eat healthy food. If you don’t like to exercise then go for some sports activity. Don’t skip your meals. Take care.

Read the labels on the food you eat. Avoid all foods with a high fat content. Avoid any food with saturated or trans fats. Drink plenty of water, and sweat. Eat at least every 4 hours to keep your metabolism up and running. There are some great frozen meals out there with low calories, and low fat, like Cafe Steamers. They have some of the best tasting dishes and are low in cost. Around $3.00 a meal. There are a lot of good desserts in the diet section too. You will easily lose 15-20 lbs by Mar 30 if you start eating good now.
