		<description>Very easily.  Eat lean meats, good carbs, leafy greens, and fruit.  No soda, as little refined sugar as possible.  Exercise at least 30 minutes daily.

		<description>At 139, that would be very difficult. At 210, i got down to my current weight of 181 in about 2 and a half months.. but that was because there was a lot to burn =D.

I would deffinetly suggest getting a regular cardio workout plan to follow 5-6 times week if you don&#039;t have one allready. Also, cut out any unnccessary foods, such as snacks or anything you add to your meals ( salt, dressing, ect. ).

If you lost 2lbs a week, that would give you about 16 by your deadline, so I am sure you can do it. ^.^
