		<description>It isn&#039;t possible to lose that much in a month. Do what you are doing and add 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. Cut out , always check nutrition facts for enriched food and hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Don&#039;t eat any food that has any of those in it. Result in eating natural foods, whole grains, whole wheat etc. Also, cut way back on saturated fats. Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies and cut burgers, chip, frys, out!
