How can i lose 15 pounds in a month?

I’m going to a wedding in one month, and I wanna lose 15 pounds in order to look perfect in my dress. I’m 5’3 ish, maybe a little taller, and ranging from 115-120 pounds.

Also, no pills please.

First you have to get motivated, then change your eating habits (switch to healthy foods) and exercise 4-5 days a week for an hour. Within 2/3 months you will see a BIG difference in you body and you’ll feel better too. Good Luck!!!
Oh yeah! DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

try to workout about 2-3 times a week and eat healthy and drink alot of water and also eat about 500 calories less skip dinner
