How can I lose 15 pounds in a month?

I really need good suggestions, Please don't say it's dangerous to lose 15 pounds….I have a threadmill but cannot run only walk fast at 3.5 any suggestions on diet and exercise?
I'd go low-carb. It's the easiest, I find, but that said, it's not healthy to go hard-core on ANY diet, and any diet that loses 15 lbs a month is going to make you feel like shit.
Stick with tons of lowfat protein like fish, shellfish, white chicken, etcetera, lots of leafy greens, a bit of fat (an avocado, or a tablespoon of oil a day). No sauces with sugar/glucose/etc, no bread, no rice, no potatoes/yams, no fruit but raspberries, no milk or yogurt, and nothing sweet. A little hard cheese or heavy cream is okay, but no soft cheese or milk. TONS OF WATER.
You could always cut your calories dangerously low, but that is horribly unhealthy and will probably just end up with you binging. Low carb, at least, will just make you feel a little nauseous.
Eat only when hungry and read your labels religiously. Exercise at anything you want, just make sure you get 20+ minutes of exercise.

stop drinking pop start drinking water, do lifting exersizes to warm up. that will keep your muscles burning fat while you walk and when you finish stretch. keep your heart rate up.

Not really the safest idea but you can lose weight fast by wearing a sweat suit when you walk and it makes you sweat a lot. Drink lots of water when wearing the suit or else you'll get light headed and possibly pass out.

You can definitely lose 15 lbs in a month IMO. Well, if you have the 15 to lose. If you're fairly thin and your body REALLY needs those 15 it will be hard. I am trying to shed 15 and 15 only and its killing me. THAT being said to lose your 15 drinks tons and tons and tons of water. Cut out ALL bad carbs. Basically eat chicken, broccoli, water and maybe one bite of a treat a night. This will be hard and shitty but worth it in your bikini!
