How can I lose 15 pounds in less than a month?

I currently weigh 133 and im 19 years old. I would like to lose at least 15 pounds, to at least get fit.Is it possible to do that in less than a month? I think my problem is that I snack so much, but if if dont i get hungry real quick, soo any suggestions?? I try my best to exercise also

Try to eats snacks that will make you feel full without having to snack on junk(try things with fiber) One other thing is that if you try your best to exercise, than just have a certain time each/ every other day specifically for just exercising. Try to get at least 30 min for every session of your exercising. For the workout to actually start to have an affect, you have to workout on that specific area for 15 min at least. For faster results, go for 30-45 min. One thing I noticed is that when you workout by your self you tend to slack on it, and end up just quitting. Try to find someone you know who could come with you when you workout so that it’s not just you. You’ll find that by going with someone else will make you go when you need to and not just mentally cancel it. Hoped I help you with your problem. 15 is a lot to lose if ur losing weight in a healthy way. I suggest swimming , that’s the best way cause u exercise every part of ur body . Snacking is ok but stay away from rlly oily or sugary things , when u want a snack, think about fruits. Also before you sleep and after u wake up, stretch for about 15 minutes. Don’t ever starve urself, first off it makes u fatter at the beginning and it’s gonna cause lots of problems . Losing weight takes time , those are the main things I think. Good luck ~ :D
