		<description>First off all, you need to eat more than 100 cals a day! It&#39;s not healthy to drop your caloric intake that low! I understand you have stress at work, as we all do from time to time, however, you need to find another aveune to reduce your stress besides eating. Find a sport that you like, find a place to go wall climbing, ride a horse, take a spin class, take a pottery class, paint you could even take a baking class if you think you could take out your frustrations in cake decorating or bread making! Just give what you make away!
