How can I lose 15 pounds with no excercise?

Doesn’t matter how long it takes. I weigh 175 and wanna lose 15 pounds for now. I run every Friday but that’s pretty much it.

Eating 900 nothing below( Your body will go into starvation mode, and you’ll ended up retaining weight.) either way, if your not going to work out( Which is not recommended by me.) you must diet, eating healthy, and not eating after six helps a lots. Plus don’t eat at least three hours before you go to bed. You really should consider working out, but you can lose weight without it-its possible.

Eat 500 calories a day, thhe weight will come off like no tomarrow.

You can’t. If you really want to lose weight I suggest not being lazy and exercising. You won’t get good results if you don’t exercise. And if you want to be healthy, eat healthy. Don’t pull that extreme diet crap, you’ll feel sick and achy. Not worth it.

Eat around 1500 calories a day but HEALTHY HEALTHY HEALTHY. And exercise just a bit more prob like a nice hour jog or 30 min run every other day or at least 3 times a week and it should shed off. but don’t eat very very low amounts because once you stop and start eating more you’ll gain even more weight because your metabolism slows a lot when you barley eat so you always want 5-6 meals a day and healthy calories. Avoid high sugar foods too even if it says "zero calories" the sugar or sodium level could be very high. :)

Sugar comes in many disguises. Check your food labels: fructose, glucose, molasses, and corn syrup are all sugars. Limit all sugars, but especially stay away from high-fructose corn syrup. It is just a corn syrup full of sugar. Choosing foods without it will help you reach your weight loss goals faster.
