How can I lose about 15 pounds fast, but safely?

I’m sixteen and I want to lose 15 pounds, maybe more. I run on an elliptical machine six times a week, for just twenty minutes each time. what are some things I should eat/ not eat, or some exercises that work well? Thanks!
Thanks Kristen! I think I'll do it 20 minutes i the morning and then twenty to thirty minutes at night.

When losing weight, you should follow the dual course: exercise and
diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger
appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on) For targeting your problem areas, check up
these Workout Exercises : Weight Training, Plyometrics , Stretches
(Flexibility), Pilates, Ball, Cardio Dumbbells, Cables etc. 100’s Of

    20 mins is good, but you really want to do a longer period of time to lose weight. i play hockey in college and our coach this year has us doing at least 40 mins of cardio almost everyday.you want to keep your heart rate up for a long period of time…thats what burns fat. and watch what you eat! dont have fattening food around you and you wont eat it!! have salad, chicken, fish, ect…and Drinkk water!! dont go for soda…not worth it.

    to get some tips on juicing, and food swaps. As for exercising, I used to think that exercising longer and more often is effective. But I came across this resource which teaches me to have a more intensive workout and I only needed to do it for 20 min to 30 min each time. The longest workout I’ve had is 45 min. I work out six days a week. And my muscles are now more defined. I’m actually more toned up now compared to the time when I was at my thinnest.
