to get some tips on juicing, and food swaps. As for exercising, I used to think that exercising longer and more often is effective. But I came across this resource which teaches me to have a more intensive workout and I only needed to do it for 20 min to 30 min each time. The longest workout I&#039;ve had is 45 min. I work out six days a week. And my muscles are now more defined. I&#039;m actually more toned up now compared to the time when I was at my thinnest. 		<description>20 mins is good, but you really want to do a longer period of time to lose weight. i play hockey in college and our coach this year has us doing at least 40 mins of cardio almost everyday.you want to keep your heart rate up for a long period of time...thats what burns fat. and watch what you eat! dont have fattening food around you and you wont eat it!! have salad, chicken, fish, ect...and Drinkk water!! dont go for soda...not worth it.  

i will keep you updated! if you want any eliptical work outs or treadmill work outs...i got them!! just let me know!
