		<description>it ain&#039;t gonna be easy but if you&#039;re serious about it here&#039;s my suggested meal/exercise plan.

wake up at 7am

choose a breakfast from: bunch of grapes 2 wholemeal crackers, 1 small egg scrambled or boiled with half a slice of wholemeal toast, small bowl of muesli, slice of melon and small handful of dried fruit.

to drink: 2-4 pints of water. yes, it&#039;s a lot, but it&#039;s gonna help so stick to it the more water u drink the better

make sure u wait atleast 45 minutes after eating, so at about 8:30 you should be ready taking into account time to get ready first. she needs a good tracksuit and some trainers/sneakers.

run as much as possible, job occasionally and walk only when you physically can&#039;t run anymore. do this until 12&#039;o&#039;clock midday.

lunch choose from: large bowl salad with no dressing/cheese/meat, slice wholemeal toast with humus spread thinly, muesli, small bowl of pasta with light tomato sauce.

to drink: as much water as possible, also try herbal teas these can help speed up metabolism.
