Im trying to lose 15 pounds in one week without diet pills or anything like that.
Diuretics, an extremely intense workout routine, and some serious dieting.

You can not lose 15 pounds of FAT even if you do not eat anything all week.
You could lose water weight with diuretics, but that will not make you look thinner.
It is best to lose weight slowly and change your lifestyle, so that you can keep the weight off. 1200-1400 calories a day & exercise 3-4 days per week will get rid of about 2 pounds per week.

You can’t without killing yourself. Weight loss needs to be gradual. Set a realistic goal for yourself, eat healthy, exercise, and don’t try to lose all the weight at once.
