I want to lose 15 pounds and I have been trying to do so for a year. I'll lose about 5 then gain it back. What do I do?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

If u want to loose weight, for the first you need to avoid JUNK FOODS.
And do a lot of exercises. Be active.
