How do I lose 15 pounds in a month?

Female, 5′8, 160 pounds. Need to lose 15 pounds in a month. Help? What exercise to do? Cant go to a gym. And Im not a big fan of taking a run outside.
In order to drop 15 pounds in a month, you really will need to do some form of cardio. That doesn’t mean it has to be running, but Tae-bo, kickboxing, jumping rope, swimming, is VERY excellent for losing weight. Just eat only salads, fruits, veggies, and only lean meats. Go to Subway and tell them to put only a little bit of cheese, with non-fat dressing. Add lots of veggies to get you filled up and even add grilled chicken or turkey! Just eat right, and stay fit. Not only will it play a major role in losing weight, but it will make you feel a lot healthier, and in time make you crave healthier foods, rather than the fattening ones.

Increase your exercise and just speed up the metabolism. Eating more but less at the sessions will speed your body up and burn all kinds of fat off. and check this out to it helped me lose weight and put on muscle. Hope this helps.

count calories…u don’t have to exorcise but you can.
to calculations…if you want to lose 15 pounds in a month then you would have to eat about 700 calories a day…people will say its unhealthy. But it works. and the food has to be healthy too

the way i did it was 100% raw food, fruit, vegis, and a little bit of nuts
that will get you down about 15 in a month
and that acai berry crap that that one person is talking about is fake…they get paid to advertize on every single diet forum on yahoo answers.

first off if you lose that weight in that short of time you’re gonna hurt yourself. eat right and in small portions and several times times during the day. you’re not gonna starve and you’re gonna have to break some habits but it works. eat 7-8 times a day but small portions. and uif u really want progress excercise going for walks help if you’re not an active person. or try yoga you lose weight tone body and create felxibility
