		<description>it can be hard to adjust to this, but the most effective thing i did was start eating about 6 small meals every day. if i don&#039;t have a meal, i just eat a granola bar or half a bagel. this really increases your metabolism, so you&#039;ll need to eat every 2 or so hours. i drink a lot of water, and do some core exercises. the core training really works, and you can do it without buying any exercise machines.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

to start off you need to watch how you eat, instead of eating big meals throughout the day you should just eat about 5-8 small meals, that includes snacks

don&#039;t believe people that say you should eat only about 300 or 2000 calories a day...THATS NOT TRUE...the trick is to burn more calories than you eat....so if you eat 500 calories try to burn about 1000.... loose more than you take in....though this will be easier if you are eating on fruits and vegetables, meats and pastries have A LOT OF CALORIES to burn
