How do you lose 15 pounds with little changes?

I was wondering if you had any advice for me on losing 15 pounds and keeping it off or with little tweeks . I would like to lose it within 1-2 months :)
I excersize but will excersize more lol

Dear
You can Reduce your Weight by doing little changes in your Life.
Try to reduce Junk food. Dont eat Junk food like burgers or Pizzas. Or else eat very Occasionally.

Do one exercise every day for 30 seconds and three times. You can reduce Your weight which you have asked with in a month or 2 .
Exercise is sleep on the Ground Upward Direction. And lift your Legs for 1 feet Distance.
And all weight of your legs will be on the stomach. You can do for 30 seconds or More if you want for 3 times every day. Defenestrate your weight will be reduced.

Instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 6 snacks throughout the day. This will speed up your motabolism and cause you to loose weight

I’m in the same boat you are right now. I’m exercising all most everyday and have noticed that my back is better. One thing is to change eating habits asap. Fried foods are horrible for you. Drinking a lot of water will help flush out your system and release any toxins built up. Exercising and limiting calories are your best bet. One of the biggest hindrances to a successful diet is stress. I’m a big fan of Biggest Loser. You see these contestants exercising 6 hours a day 7 days a week, eat healthy and lose no weight. The trainers blame the low weight loss on stress. Snacking is also something you need to watch out for. Try eating nuts or vegetables to munch on. Losing weight is a lifestyle change. Maintaining it is sometimes difficult because of stress and everyday life. Keep up the exercising and watching the food intake. Be happy with who you are first. Good luck and best wishes.
