How fast can one lose 15 pounds?

I recently lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. My goal is to loose another 15 before January 8th. Is it possible to drop this much weight in a healthy manner within 2 weeks?

As fast as you can drop the dumbbells. About 1.5 seconds.

    eat healthy…and run or even walked…i walked like 3 miles in one day and i lose three pounds…just exercise guaranteed to lose weight.

    Maybe do extreme cardio every day, like..2-3 hours, and cut out ALL JUNK.

    Keep a 1200 calorie diet! But obviously what you were doing is working. Why don't you continue that?

    Try to lose no more than two or three pounds per week. Don't diet, cut down on the amount of food in a healthy diet. Also get some exercise. After you lose the weight don't go back to old eating habits, continue eating the smaller amount and exercising.

    The first 5 to 8 lbs is water and then two weeks is not a healthy way to lose that much weight as if you lose it fast then you will put it right back on …ONLY more weight than you have lost, try eating healthy and exersise and get enrolled in a gym with some guide lines, and under a dr care,,,Good Luck

    You can lose 15lbs. in about 3 weeks you can probably do this in 2 weeks by eating 1500 calories a day. Just make sure maintain a healthy diet and exercise alot.

    Yes. You have to exercise a lot every day and not eat any fat products. Turn vegetarian for the 2 weeks. Other than that, it will be hard to loose that in only 2 weeks. This is very healthy, actually, and guaranteed to work.
