How long will it take to lose 15 pounds?

I work out every day for about 20-25 minutes on the treadmill running and walking and do squats,push ups,sit ups and all tht. I also do about 2 miles of running for p.e two times a week. If i keep this routine going when do u think i’ll lose 15 pounds? Pls and thx!

well i dont no but this is what i would do

–always eat breakfast, it is proven people who eat breakfast actually weigh less.
–eat small but frequent meals.
–eat every 2 hours 4-5 times a day.
–drink 10-12 cups of water a day.
–eat 5-8 servings of fruit or vegetables a day.
–increase your protein intake eat/drink stuff that has a lot of protein bcuz it builds muscles and muscles burn fat i would say at least drink three cups of milk a day.
most of these things will increase your metabolism and the workouts make u lose even more!!

    well i lost about 8-10 pounds in one month with exercises
    and eating right..
    just try and cut out starch..
    potato.. past and bread..
    eat a lot of protein..
    and try maybe exercising about 1 hour a day..
    either running on a treadmill elliptical or weight training..
    first u are going to lose ALL your water weight.. then after that ull lose all the extra fat in your body..
