		<description>well i dont no but this is what i would do

--always eat breakfast, it is proven people who eat breakfast actually weigh less.
--eat small but frequent meals.
--eat every 2 hours 4-5 times a day.
--drink 10-12 cups of water a day.
--eat 5-8 servings of fruit or vegetables a day.
--increase your protein intake eat/drink stuff that has a lot of protein bcuz it builds muscles and muscles burn fat i would say at least drink three cups of milk a day.
most of these things will increase your metabolism and the workouts make u lose even more!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;i read some blog</description>

		<description>well i lost about 8-10 pounds in one month with exercises 
and eating right..
 just try and cut out starch..
potato.. past and bread.. 
eat a lot of protein..
 and try maybe exercising about 1 hour a day..
either running on a treadmill elliptical or weight training..
 first u are going to lose ALL your water weight.. then after that ull lose all the extra fat in your body..
