I’m 15,140 pounds and 5’0". I plan to only drink water and cut out junk food. Also, I’m getting a person trainer and plan to workout 5 days a week with her, and still work out at home. Do u think I’ll be able to lose 15-20 pounds in about 4 weeks?
In order to lose 15-20 lbs in 4 weeks, you would need to lose about 4-5 lbs per week every week. Generally, it is recommended that you lose 1-2 lbs per week to stay healthy.
Drinking only water will cut out the sugars and fats that you get from other drinks. Cutting out junk food will reduce the number of calories you are taking in, as well as unhealthy foods. Working out will help you burn calories.
If you extend your time line to 6 or 7 weeks, you are much more likely to reach your goal and remain healthy.

not 4 weeks, you could realistically lose that weight in about 5/6 weeks good luck

The first 15-25 lbs. is water weight, Water is a great way to hydrate, but you have to do more, eat plenty of veggies, fish, smoothies (fruit/veggies), milk for your bones, (true believer);6 hours of sleep/rest straight. Great idea for trainers, they will tell you about exercise your age group. Remember walking is great for toning and losing weight.Good Luck, you are on the right path!

wow uh. I’m 5’7" and 140 pounds and I’m VERY unhappy and dieting. I’m trying to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks. I think it’s very poassible if you work you @ss off and eat like a caveman :]
