		<description>The first 15-25 lbs. is water weight, Water is a great way to hydrate, but you have to do more, eat plenty of veggies, fish, smoothies (fruit/veggies), milk for your bones, (true believer);6 hours of sleep/rest straight. Great idea for trainers, they will tell you about exercise your age group. 		<description>In order to lose 15-20 lbs in 4 weeks, you would need to lose about 4-5 lbs per week every week.  Generally, it is recommended that you lose 1-2 lbs per week to stay healthy.

Drinking only water will cut out the sugars and fats that you get from other drinks.  Cutting out junk food will reduce the number of calories you are taking in, as well as unhealthy foods.  Working out will help you burn calories.
