I’m 15,140 pounds and 5’0". I plan to only drink water and cut out junk food. Also, I’m getting a person trainer and plan to workout 5 days a week with her, and still work out at home. Do u think I’ll be able to lose 15-20 pounds in about 4 weeks?

cranberry juice
milk (low fat)
yogurt (low fat)
fish
eggs
salads
tuna sandwiches

yeah especially if you do alot of strength training, you burn twice the amount of calories.

yes, my brother is on a diet and runs every day, he looks like he lost 50 pounds. I am also 15 and five feet tall, it’s kind of hard to lose weight for me because its all in my butt and thighs, no where else. Drinking water instead of soda helps a lot also.
