I want to lose 15 pounds. how many calories do I need to eat daily to get rid of the weight? I'm 13 and female.

2500 calories = 1 lb. lost
2000 " = 2 lbs. lost
1500 " = 3 lbs. lost
1000 " = 4 lbs. lost
500 " = 5 lbs. lost
THE POUNDS LOST ARE WHAT YOU LOSE EVERY 7 DAYS AT THAT CALORIE LEVEL. THE FIRST WEEK YOU WILL LOSE DOUBLE THE POUNDS.
I LOST 100 LBS. LIKE THIS. I GAINED BACK SOME AND BACK ON THIS REGIME AGAIN, IT WORKS!!!
I do the 500 calories per day. First week I lose 10 lbs, then every week after that I lose 5 lbs. I eat no carbs/sugar. I eat only veggies, fruits and lean proteins. I drink water and diet soda. I don't over do it on either. Good Luck!!!

I was just looking at some website about losing weight[im doing the same thing myself]. Cut down on dairy products and red meat, soda and candy. Also cut down on pasta. Eat whole wheat bread, drink water, eat vegetables and fruits.If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more. I'm going to use my weight as an example. I weigh 156lbs, and I need to lose weight in 6 weeks. 6×2=12, so in 6 weeks I'll be 144lbs!

Losing 5lbs a week. Then I'd lose 30lbs and I'd be 126lbs. That would be EVEN better!

Then I could lose 10lbs in a week. 60lbs in 6 weeks! Then I'd be 96lbs. But, I'd only do that workout for 4 weeks.So I could be 116lbs[I'm 5'5, perfect weight].
