I really want to lose 15 pounds before winter break which is in a month. I DO NOT WANT DIET PILLS AT ALL. Please hellp??
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. Try jogging, running, sit ups, take up a sport.
It takes time and motivation, there is no quick fix. Good luck
