How to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?

I want to lose 15 pounds before school starts. Or like tone it up

basically my butt and my lower abs region.

i would recommend swimming, walking and jogging / running. Swimming especially, as it is very good at losing weight, especially with quick results…

    sorry but bottom line is you dont.

    losing fat takes time, best u can hope for in 2 weeks is maybe 2-5lbs…and thats if you have a real good diet and do lots of intense cardio.

    the key to great abs starts in the kitchen. if you stay away from fattening and unhealthy foods, and do some ab workouts, and lots of cardio, you will see a difference in 2 weeks.
