How to lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks?

I am looking to lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks to look great in this dress I bought for a formal. Any advice, tips, suggestions?
Also, I'm a vegetarian…

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.
2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.
3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.
4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week
5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds
6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks
7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic
9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese,
mushrooms and any other fermented food
10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that
you're doing low carb and when you started
12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book — blame the diet if you don't read the labels — Don't blame
the diet if you don't follow the diet

just eat fruit and veggies not cooked! After i had my baby and i wanted to lose weight i did this and i lost 9 pounds in 1 week!

if u want 2 loose 15 punds just work out like i do everyday. and eventually it works, but dont do the same exercises everyday do new ones if you want to see progrees. also go running, eat healthy and dont give up!! good luck!

i say buy ddr (dance dance revolution). i burned 420 calories playing the other day in like an hour. its fun too. just google it if you dont know what it is. like i hate running and exercising, but i love to play this game and i have fun. im like good at it though. i go on the hardest level and in that level you definitely get more exercise than in the easy level. if you cant get that then i say just make sure you watch what you eat and just exercise every day.

Raw foods. I ate nothing but raw for two months and lost 40 pounds. I don't mean meats and fish, but fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and cacao. It is a bit extreme but as long as you like these foods, you will do well.

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.
1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?
Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners
If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…
