I can not go all extreme, but I do want to lose 15 pounds as fast as possible and I am willing to work! The catch is I don’t want to gain too much muscle, in fact almost none. I am 5’1-5’2 (not exactly sure), female, 13 years old, and a embarrassing 110 pounds lately i have been putting on some weight because its summer, I’m lazy, and i think i have been eating too much. Please in your response include excercise, good food choices, and maybe a good day worth of meals. Thank you!
I know you dont want to hear this but…..110 pounds! Are you serious thats by no means considered heavy, or anywhere near overweight. I think your the right weight for your height. On to the tips:
- Fact: it is EXTREMELY unhealthy and i think impossible (not sure) to lose 15 pounds in one
month. (I wish it wasnt)
- Drink A LOT of water every day. You should drink half your body weight in ounces (55 ounces) a
day.
- Move around more. Go outside and take a walk or a run. Bottom line is to STAY active.
- Whenever you eat chew your food slowly and you’ll get full faster. So you wont overeat.
- Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This boost you metabolism, which helps you lose weight.
- If you can go to the gym take one of the classes they have. If you cant just go running/ walking for
an hour or more 3+ times a week
- Cutting sugar out of your diet will do a lot. Eat more whole grain foods and lots of fruits and
vegetables. These also boost your weight loss effort.
- Do 25 minutes of cardio workouts 2-3 times a week to stay active and fit.
I hope this helped and i wish there was some way to lose weight faster. If you stick to your weight loss plan you should see results within the first 3-4 weeks.
