How to lose 15 pounds in a month?

I need to lose 15 pounds in a month because of an event, and I would like to look nice. :) I wanted to know if this would help me lose that weight:
9 cups of water a day
1,200 calories a day (of healthy food)
run a mile everyday
do 100 crunches a night.

Could I lose 15 pounds in a month or possibly sooner? How fast do you think I'd lose the weight?

I'm 5'3 1/2 and 128lbs.

I have to say you don't really need to lose the weight. You have a BMI of 22 which is right in the middle of healthy weight. You lose anymore and you could get really sick.

u sound very heathly and u shouldnt want to do all that extra work just to impress others

You do sound very healthy but if you want to lose weight mabey you should exercise at least 20 min a day.
