There is no possible way for you to burn off 15 lbs of fat in a month.
Even if you burned 2,000 calories a day (unlikely) and consumed nothing but water, you would burn off only 14,000 calories in a week.
That's 4 lbs a week……and that's assuming you eat NOTHING for a month and burn off 2,000 calories in a typical day (which most women do not, even with exercise).
So if you think you can subsist on nothing but water and do two hours of jogging a day, then go for it…you might make it for 4 or 5 days before you collapse.

The other people are wrong – in fact you could lose 15 lbs in just a week or two if you wanted to! Here's how: eat just lean protein for as many days/weeks as you can – add some veggies or a piece of fruit if you get too faint. You can and will do it! good luck!
