		<description>The other people are wrong - in fact you could lose 15 lbs in just a week or two if you wanted to!  Here&#039;s how: eat just lean protein for as many days/weeks as you can - add some veggies or a piece of fruit if you get too faint. Even if you burned 2,000 calories a day (unlikely) and consumed nothing but water, you would burn off only 14,000 calories in a week.
