I’m going to lose 15 pounds on the Atkins diet, so I’m wondering how much of that will be water weight. If you have any tips on how to lose the MAXIMUM amount of fat, please share
Thanks.
Carbohydrates in your diet make you retain water. When you get off them and go on Atkins, you will first drop all the excess water you were holding onto. After that, you will re-train your body to burn fat and build lean muscle. It works. Keep it up.
