I have to lose 15 pounds by the middle of December. I don’t wanna gain any muscle weight or anything just as long as I’m 15 pounds lighter. I’m freaking out cause I don’t wanna be DQ’ed for the Army!

Jogging is a simple solution. It your wanting it off fast get a sauna suit to jog in. It’s what they use to cut weight fast in the UFC. I’ve tried it, and it works great.
