		<description>I think everything is possible - if you have the will power and you want it enough. So in 5 weeks even loosing 25 pounds would be possible.
I think if you seriously want to loose weight, you have to do everything. In your free time try to make as many exercises as you possibly can. Run, do sit ups go hiking, cycling. Oh and a lot of people laugh at aerobic, but it&#039;s one of the most effective sports. You loose weight fast with it. I think if you&#039;d do everything you planned PLUS what I said, you could loose those 15 pounds much faster than 5 weeks. It would be possible even in 3 weeks. Or less. but to be honest, if you actually care about your looks and that&#039;s why you want to loose weight you shouldn&#039;t concentrate on pounds. First loose everything that might make you look overweight and then when you&#039;re slender, You&#039;re still dissatisfied with your weight, you can work on that. Everyone can weight as much as she or he wants to. It&#039;s a different question what is healthy... But don&#039;t get an idea. If youre super restricting your diet but pushing yourself hard, you body will go into survival mode and start eating away at itself(muscles,fat etcc..) and youll run the risk of putting weight back of fast too.
