Don&#039;t eat much fruit while trying to lose weight.  Fruit is suppose to slow that down.

Eat between 5 to 6 meals a day, being smaller ones, and of course healthy.  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be the biggest meals.  Just like cereal, or eggs or whatever, with vegetables.  The other meals should be like healthy snacks.

Do strength training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Do maybe chest, back, triceps on Monday, lowerbody on Wednesday, biceps, abs, and shoulders on Friday.  

So, make sure you do cardio.  Run, walk or ride a bike.  35 minutes or more, start with 3 days a week, and move up to 4 times when your able too.

I&#039;m gussing you probably just want toning over muscle mass.  When you do strength training do lighter weights with higher reps.
