		<description>I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks by running and cutting out all soda and replacing it with water. I couldn&#039;t believe I did it. You can too. Best thing to do if you hate exercising like I do, is find a buddy to run with so you will be motivated and kinda competitive with him/her at the same time. Try to do more than him/her while running. 		<description>its not healthy to lose that much weight that quickly, but you basically just have to find the balance between how many calories you can eat based on how much you burn per day. if you are a heavy duty athlete, you can have about 2500 calories. if you dont work out at all, you should have about 1000-1500 calories per day. if you are between the two, then you should have about 2000 calories per day. you just have to start working out more to burn more than you are consuming.

so try to eat really healthily and get the best bang for you buck, and then you can do a lot of running, swimming, and other activities you can find at a fitness center. good luck, and hope this helps!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
