I am 12 years old, 5 foot 3 and I weigh 130 pounds. If I ride bike for 1 hour, play basketball for 30 minutes, jump rope for 30 minutes and fast walk for 1 hour how long would it take to lose 15 pounds?
It really depends on how much you eat. Try and cut high fatty foods from your diet and cut sugar such as soda and candy. This should help. Everyone’s body is different so there is no magic formula for calculating how long it will take you to loose weight. My advise is to not worry how long but that you are healthy and active. You should loose the weight quick enough. If I had to take a guess it would be between 1 or 2 months. Best of luck

I usually eat pretty healthy and exercise every day, but I’ve hit a plateau and want to lose that last 15 pounds to get to my goal weight! Tips?
I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.
1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?
Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners
Good Luck and Take care
If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…

I’m a girl, 5’11" and 150 pounds. Yesterday, I ate about 1000 calories and burned 300 from running. Today, I ate about 700 calories and burned about 300 calories from running and working out. I’m not eating sweets and I’m drinking so much water. How long will it take to lose about 15 pounds? A month? Thanks!
15-7.5 weeks. To be healthy, you need to lose 1-2lbs a week and no more. Eat more. You’re going to slow you’re metabolism and you’ll plateau and your body will store all fat because of the way you’re trying to "diet".

I’m 6’2 and 215. I want to lose about 15 pounds. In not fat Im just a little chubby. =p. And I have a pretty big build. But anyway if I do and stationary bicycle and a olyptical for 15 minutes each like 3 or 4 days and week how long do you think it will take to lose 15 pounds. And I have these on high intensities like level 10-15
If you’re eating healthy and staying consistent with your exercising, you should lose that in about 2 months, maybe a little longer. There are a lot of variables that come into play here though. make certain you’re not over eating, just as well as not under eating.
Also, to continue getting results after the initial few weeks, you should increase intensity each week. whether you do that by longer riding, or more resistance, just keep increasing.
I’m currently offering a free report that will help you out.

I am going on a cruise in December (hopefully) and I was wondering if there is an easy way to lose about 15 pounds before then. I am not overweight or anything, I weigh about 130 and I’m like 5"4 and 20 years old. I just want to lose what belly fat I do have so I will look good in a bathing suit. I really don’t like to work out all that much so anything that doesn’t have to do with that would be great. Thanks everyone!
Swim at least an hour twice a week during the summer and run in spring. im 15 yrs and i lose 15 lbs in a month during the summer.

I’m normalish weight right now, but would like to be considerably thinner. How many calories should I eat for the next two months to lose 15 pounds? Does it get harder to lose weight as you get thinner because theres less to lose?
You need 1200 calories a day to just exist. Anything less..you lose weight. The best way is to adopt a low glycemic, low carbohydrate diet. Avoid all the simple carbs and foods with sugars. They’re easily converted to blood sugar and if you don’t use it, it’s converted to fat. Have some high protein snacks between meals and keep hydrated.

I’m 14 years old, 5’2, and weigh 128 pounds. I wanna weigh about 115 pounds. I really want to lose 15 pounds by the end of the year and I am very determined to look good. I just want to look skinny around my stomach. what exercises should i do? if it involves weights please include alternatives because i don’t own any :/ . suggestions?
There are more tips and info.
1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.
2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.
3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.
4. Don’t weigh yourself more than once a week
5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds
6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks
7. Don’t compare your loss to someone else’s – this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8. Stalls are common around the third week so don’t panic
9. If you follow your plan to the T and don’t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food
10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts – make sure your doctor knows that you’re doing low carb and when you started
12. Don’t blame the diet if you don’t read your plan book — blame the diet if you don’t read the labels — Don’t blame the diet if you don’t follow the diet
Good Luck and Take care
