pleassee i need advice…i want to lose 15 pounds fast because i have an important event to attend and want to look and feel good.
While I know diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight long term, I do know of a protein shake that can help you lose weight quickly. I've used it in the past to jumpstart my weight loss and I lost 15 lbs. in 2 weeks (since you are male you will likely lose at least 20 lbs). It's called Almased and you can get it at most health food stores (i.e. Chamberlins). Here is a website that describes how you do it:

It isn't easy but if you can get through the first 3 days you can usually make it the whole 14. I do recommend that when you return from your event, that you embark on a more long term plan if you have any additional weight to lose. Good luck!

Remember that you should not rush when losing weight. I would suggest you change your diet to vegetables and fruit. Also drink a lot of water and exercise – swimming and jogging are really good to lose some spare kilos.

I just read about a new diet that is big in Japan called the morning banana diet. You eat as many bananas as you like in the morning and drink warm water. Have a snack of anything you like at 10:30 am, eat anything you want for lunch and dinner, no sweets after meals and finish eating before *PM, sounds pretty doable–good luck
