What is a fast way to lose 15 pounds?

I'm 5'3" and 105 pounds so I really want to lose 15 pounds before January 27th. How can I do that?

Well i know i'm 5'7" at 120lbs and i've been told i need to gain weight and i think they are CRAZY! I used to weight 105 and i could not do anything about that i would eat and eat and nothing, but i'm very happy now with my weight. I would think with your hight you should be too. If you feel a little chubby around the mid section, i would just suggest doing sit ups and go from there. I would think your body right now is perfect and to lose 15lbs would be WAY too much, but being in your situation i can see where your coming from. If people are saying your too thin or skinny and you dont think so, just watch what you eat. You have to make your self happy but you also dont want to get a eating disorder.. you know!

1. Start a diet you would like – I can suggest you Winter diet – very healthy and working one.
2. After two weeks change the diet – turn to Colored diet, for example
3. Exercises – walk, run, dance, swim, any motion which increase your heart rate.
