Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON&#039;T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT&#039;S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it&#039;s good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

		<description>I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.  Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things.  The toxins get stored in the fat in our body.  To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. 		<description>This past 8 months I lost over 40 pounds the old fashioned way. I took up exercising and ate healthy. It takes a lot of will power and determination, but I promise it works. At first I did some different exercises but my husband encouraged me to take up running. I’ve never been a runner, but thought it was a good idea. Of course at first it was more like a jog for a few minutes and then turned into walking! But with time I worked myself up to more of a run and I could do a mile, then two, then three. Running did wonders for me, but I eventually started spending time on weights and floor exercises (like crunches and push ups), and I also started using an elliptical machine. One thing that I started which really has been good for me is to keep track of the miles I run (I do this mostly on a treadmill, but you can also track your distance with Google Earth). It’s crazy to add up your miles at the end of the month and see how far you’ve gone. Then you have a goal for the next month, to do just a little more than you did the month before.
The second part of loosing my weight came with my eating. There is one thing for sure, I never ever went hungry! When you’re hungry, it’s totally okay to eat! But, you’ve got to eat the healthy stuff; I don’t let myself eat just anything. Probably the major thing that I did was take what I’d normally eat, cut it in half and fill the rest with fruits and veggies. So for example, if I would normally eat two tacos for dinner, instead I would eat one along with a salad or apple or something like that. I did this for every lunch/dinner meal. Then, my snacks just about always became a fruit of veggie, unless I decided to have a low fat yogurt or whole wheat crackers or something else that would be nutritious. Don’t get me wrong, I still found ways to indulge in junk food. I have a huge sweet tooth and so I had to learn how to control it. The problem with saying no to junk food is that it feels socially unacceptable. In my work environment I felt like such an outcast for not participating in eating junk food. But what I kept thinking was “I’ll be happier losing weight than eating that piece of cake.” After a while I learned that it was okay to indulge with my coworkers if it was really something I couldn’t resist, as long as it was a reasonable portion. I also started to plan ahead if I knew that there would be an opportunity to indulge, and then I would make sure I ate a little healthier that day, or fit in some extra workout time. I also started to tell myself I could indulge twice a week. Then when I was offered something on Thursday, I knew I didn’t want to eat it because I was already planning to bake something delicious on Saturday. You should eat some of your favorite junk foods sometimes, because if you don’t you might go crazy and overeat. 
One thing to keep in mind is your ultimate goal and each day is an opportunity to get there. Every choice you make will take you one step closer or farther away. If you “mess up” it is not the end of the world, learning to change you eating habits will take some time. But I definitely promise that the hard work and dedication will be well worth the results! • Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. 
OK, one apple after 18:00

Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.

• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

WHAT to drink for losing weight... 

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! 
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! 
This improves your bowel, reduces the &quot;hunger&quot; sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! 
Don&#039;t believe the slogan &quot;water makes me fat&quot;. Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. 
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized! 
Don&#039;t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. 
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now... I don&#039;t even LIKE them anymore! 
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health... 
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

exercise for losing weight... 

• If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. 
But remember, you&#039;re not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot - you&#039;ll get very hungry... and you&#039;ll be tempted to eat more. Don&#039;t exagerate! 
Walking is fine (but not very slow...) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day - it&#039;s up to you. 
Get fit while you sit new workout program that&#039;s the laziest way to get in shape - works almost any place, anytime, anywhere… even while watching TV!
• Don&#039;t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts... 
I guarantee THIS won&#039;t work for your weight loss... 
• Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don&#039;t be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants! 
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don&#039;t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don&#039;t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.
