Do the math:

15 pounds in 2 weeks = 1 pound per day
1 pound of fat = 3500 calories.

You need to take in 3500 calories LESS in food than you expend in energy EVERY DAY, so that your body burns the fat.

Mathematical impossibility: even if you ate absolutely nothing, you would still have to do about 2500 calories of exercise burning. That's 5 HOURS PER DAY of running 12 minute miles or rope jumping.

Sorry.
References :
Get a good exercise in daily (may sure your getting a good sweat in! that way your burning "fat" and not just calories its a big difference.) Eat food low in calories such as fruit, vegetables, and baked chicken. Choose foods low in fat content also. Eating progresso soup @ night for dinner really helped me lose weight. I would eat a banana in the morning for breakfast, a sandwich (using whole wheat bread, turkey, and a little mayo) with a few sunchips on the side, and the progresso soup as mentioned for dinner. I honestly lost about 5 pounds in one week! Try not to eat past 7pm. Eliminate sodas, juice, tea, coffee, etc......ONLY DRINK WATER!!!!!

I saw that you mentioned eating subway. Although subway is a lot healthier than fast food restaurants, some of those sandwiches on the menu contain a lot carbs & calories. Keep track of how many calories you consume daily and during your workout make sure you burn off all the calories you consumed daily (most exercise equipment keep track of calories burned during the work out session).

This website is very helpful with weight loss goals. Just register and create a user name. This site helps you keep count of the calories you consumed daily and gives you the target exercises needed to achieve your goal, it also helps you select a diet according your weigh loss goals. Its a pretty cool site. Hope this helps good luck!

There is no safe way to lose 15 pounds in two weeks. I can think of only two unsafe ways to accomplish this. One is to undergo liposuction and the other is to get lost in the wilderness. You will notice on the news that people who get lost for a week in the wilderness lose about 20 pounds, probably due to dehydration which can and does result in death.

There have been articles written on the fact that if too few calories are consumed, the body will go into a conservation mode and not spend many calories, thus thwarting weight loss. It may do this by halting some body functions under its control. Many diets recommend that you only cut 500 calories from your diet in order to prevent this. By following a diet such as South Beach or Atkins, you can expect to lose about two pounds per week.

There are limits as to how much fat can be removed through liposuction. You might want to call a doctor and explain your situation and see if he or she can safely do the surgery.
References :
stay away from the raisin bran, its high in sugar, subsitute a pure bran instead or other whole grains for fiber, and subway is full of processed foods and high sugar in the bread and lots of salt, we arent all jared lol

honestly eat at home, veggies, whole grains and lots of water, make sure u have protein at EVERY meal and dont skip meals, ur body goes into starvation...if this is all ur eating, ur not going to last in the air force by the time u get there, its not healthy and ur missing vital nutrients
References :
well first off try to get rid of dinner, coke, cakes and anything that makes you fat. secondly, 2 miles a night is nothing, try doubling it, you might think it's a lot but that's what you gotta do to lose that much weight so quickly. also stay away from chinese :p, and try biking if you can.
