What’s a good way to lose 15 pounds doing pushups and sit ups?

I’m 5′61/2 and 204 pounds and I’m trying to lose 15 pounds. Can I do it with pushups or situps or do I need to run to lose the weight? Before I picked up the excess weight I was solid, not a lot of definition but the muscles were there. Now I have fat on top of muscle and it’s kind of hard to get back to where I was. Any suggestions?

You can do that too, but what helped my family member without exercise was just eating healthy. You should be eating fruits, vegetables, meat, and drink milk. This really helps, but if you do want to exercise I would go on youtube and search for exercise or how to lose weight videos. Good Luck!

    If you just want to loose a little weight quickly I’d suggest going for a run 3 times a week. I fyou want to get a six pack or something lik ethat you need to know the correct exercise and diet regime.
